Floating water intakes

Floating intake - is a floating structure (pontoon boat, raft), in which the pump is installed at the work which the water will reach the consumer directly from the reservoir.
Such floating pumping stations are installed in the case of large daily and seasonal fluctuations of the water level in the reservoirs, or when the construction of the stationary intake unprofitable.
